QR Codes & Audio Recordings

One great way to get students engaged is to get them excited about process, QR codes can be used for this enhancement. A great way to use QR codes is to connect them with audio recordings.

There are four sound recording online programs that will allow for easy hosting of audio content you create or upload. Of course there are more than four, but I have highlighted my favorites here. Recording is great for the classroom as it allows students or parents to quickly access audio that you, as the teacher, may have created or had students create. And even better, each of these programs are free, one of the many reasons they made my top 4!

Check out the Google Slide for more information and as always let me know if I can assist with this process in your classroom!

If you are going to have students create recordings, be aware that Clyp.it and Vocaroo don't require you to register for an account. A great way to collect student audio records would be to have students turn in their audio link through a Google Form. This would allow you to collect all students links in a spreadsheet.
